We never sell your data. Technical credentials and infrastructure details are used solely for the purpose of assessing and performing the requested work.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. We do not request or store sensitive passwords in our initial public contact forms. Any subsequent access credentials shared for active projects are stored securely, encrypted, and restricted to authorized personnel.

We use PostHog to understand website visits and interactions, including visits from our outreach links. Those links may contain campaign labels and a random outreach reference. We store campaign attribution in your browser for up to 30 days so a later inquiry can be associated with the campaign that brought you here. Clearing browser storage removes this saved attribution.

When you submit an inquiry, its campaign details may be included with the request sent to our team. Our website review analytics events do not include the name, email address, website address, or message you enter in the form. An outreach reference identifies the link we sent; it does not establish who used it, and a forwarded link may be used by someone else.

We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from spam and abuse. When verification loads, Google processes technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and interactions, and may use cookies. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Our server verifies the reCAPTCHA response before sending your inquiry. We also temporarily keep hashed identifiers to limit repeated submissions and prevent duplicate emails.
