Availability

Sessions are scheduled based on availability. Many issues can be handled same-day during business hours (PST), and urgent slots may be available when an operator is free.

Common Questions

Our sessions start at a $50 minimum (up to 30 minutes). After that, we bill in 30-minute increments at $100/hr.
We use a dedicated, private RustDesk server. You'll download a small agent, provide a code, and approve the connection. You stay in control and can end the session at any time.
Only if you specifically open them. We only view what is on your screen to help resolve the issue. We recommend closing any sensitive documents before we begin.
We provide full support for Windows and macOS. We can also assist with most Linux distributions and mobile device (iOS/Android) configurations.
If an issue requires on-site hardware repair, we'll let you know within the first 15 minutes and won't charge beyond the minimum diagnostic fee.
