Before we change DNS
We confirm your current email provider, domain and DNS host, the mailboxes and aliases you use, and the website forms or other tools that send mail for your business. For a provider move, we agree on what needs to transfer, any limits, and the timing before changing where new mail arrives.
New accounts and required licenses need to be ready first. Keep your existing email service until the agreed migration and checks are complete. Contacts, calendars, shared mailboxes and personal accounts need their own scope; a mailbox move does not automatically keep two accounts in sync.
